Harvest Café Coffee Company is a specialty coffee roaster. What is specialty coffee you ask? It is sometimes called "gourmet" or "premium" coffee. Specialty Coffees are made from exceptional beans grown only in ideal coffee-producing climates. They feature distinctive flavors, which are shaped by the unique characteristics of the soil that produces them. Our buyers select only premium beans which deliver only premium quality product, then it's time to start roasting.
Roasting in itself is an art. The process creates flavor and aroma—without it, none of the flavor is apparent in the cup of coffee that you drink. The roasting process is the heart and soul of the coffee flavor.
