Plan One: It has been my experience in sales that one fact remain constant: people find it more difficult to turn down a fundraiser sale when presented with the product at the Point-of-Purchase (P.O.P.). You also have a chance to sell more products and raise more money when you have the product on hand. Think about it, how many of you have had a co-worker selling candy or something of that nature with the box on their desk? Pass by often enough, and sooner or later, you can't help but buy.
The minimum initial order for this plan is 2 cases (6 - 11oz. bags per case) of each coffee. Your cost is $42.00 per case ($6.60 per 11oz. bag) and you sell them for $77.00 per case ($11.00 per 11oz. bag) = $26.40 profit per case ($4.40 per 11oz. bag)
This is the perfect plan for those looking to raise a steady flow of funds with a budget that will allow you to purchase the best gourmet roasted coffee produced ahead of time.
Plan Two: This is the basic plan where you obtain all of your orders weekly, biweekly or at the agreed upon time frame between HCCR and you. Then once they have been totaled, you place your entire order at one time with all of the money collected up front.
Your cost is $6.60 per 11oz. bag and you sell them for $11.00 = $4.40 profit per bag. This plan is perfect for those with a minimum budget.
