We're Open for Business!
When you're out of coffee and can't wait for shipping, just stop in and see us! We've turned a portion of our roasting facility into a showroom, and we're open for business. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 8:30am-2:30pm. Due to the nature of "freshly roasted coffee," we don't keep every variety in stock at all times. We typically only roast what we need to fulfill open orders, but we usually have some of our most popular varieties in stock - mainly Black Magic, Pacific Rampage, and a delicious Decaf. At the store, we sell most coffees by the pound for $12.00 or half pound for $6.50. We accept cash, check, and MasterCard or Visa credit and debit. If you have a favorite variety that you can't live without, give us a call at (317) 585-9162 to make sure it's in stock - or we'd be happy to throw some in the roaster just for you and have it ready by the time you get to the shop. Dina creates healthful and flavorful breakfast and lunch dishes (HCCR's Larry recommends the eggs benedict-best he’s ever had!), and Tulip Noir is a destination that you'll want to experience for yourself.

What's Your Roast?
Have you ever been curious about the roast style of your favorite Harvest Cafe Coffee? We have recently added roast profiles to all of our gourmet, organic, and decaf coffees online! Our new graphic profile indicators will help you shop and research Harvest Cafe Coffees with ease. You can even learn all about roast styles on our Styles of Roasts page online. Adding our coffee roast profiles is just one way that we're working to improve your online experience.
Pacific Rampage Added Online
Although it's not a new product, we added Pacific Rampage to our online product lineup in February. One of our more popular coffees, Pacific Rampage is a smooth and boldly delicous blend that is sure to leave your tastebuds singing. If you've never had it, we invite you to stop by the shop and sample some!

Cheers to St. Patty's Day—Recipes from Torani.com
Dublin Ditty
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Torani Vanilla syrup
1 oz. Torani Irish Cream syrup
8 oz. milk
2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
INSTRUCTIONS
Steam together milk and Torani. Pour heated, flavored milk into a tall glass and add brewed espresso*. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over beverage.
Shamrock Mocha
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Chocolate sauce, preferably Torani
1/2 oz. Torani Irish Cream syrup
1/4 oz. Torani Crème de Menthe syrup
8 oz. milk
2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
INSTRUCTIONS
Steam together milk and Torani. Pour heated, flavored milk into a tall glass and add brewed espresso*. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over beverage.

Coffee Tip
Did you know that espresso is not a different type of bean or type of roast than any other coffee? What makes esspresso unique is the process by which it's brewed. Espresso is a very fine grind, and it's brewed under very high pressure for approximately 18-28 seconds.

This month, Harvest Cafe Coffee Roasters, LLC will begin offering Marketing Services geared for small businesses. We started as a small business, and our vision is to create a marketing "co-op" to help our contacts in the small business world succeed. Marketing is not a luxury reserved for businesses that are able to afford dedicated marketing staff or expensive outsourced solutions; it is a fundamental strategy of every successful business.
