2. Shipping Policy
HCCR will make every reasonable effort to ship orders placed online within three (3) business days from the order date. Should HCCR be unable to fulfill your order within three (3) business days, we will use the contact infomation you provide during the account registration and ordering process to notify you of the reason for the delay. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information for such purposes. HCCR typically ships all online orders via Priority Mail, a service offered by the United States Postal Service, but we reserve the right to utilize other shipping services, courier services, or personal delivery means. Shipping and Handling order charges are estimates to cover the shipping and order fulfillment costs to HCCR, and may be more or less than the actual shipping cost in some cases.
